- Ingredients
- 2 cups paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
- 2 cups boiled potatoes , cubed
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- 2 tsp ginger juliened
- 2 green chillies , finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried mango powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chat masala powder
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Method
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the green chilles and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the paneer, potatoes and green peas and cook for another minute.
- Add the amchur, black pepper, lemon juice ,salt and mix well.
- Serve garnished with chat masala and the chopped coriander

VEGETABLE PAKORAS
VEGETABLE PAKORAS
- Ingredients:
· 1 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
· 2 tsp Oil
· 1 tsp Ground Cumin
· 1 1/2 tsp Salt
· 1 -2 Chopped Green Chilies
· 1/2 cup Water
· 1 Potato
· 5 Cauliflower florets
· 2 Cabbage
· 5 leaves Spinach sliced
· 1 1/2 cup Sliced Onion
Method:
· Peel the potato and grate finely.
· Finely chop cauliflower and onion. Shred the cabbage and spinach.
· Mix first set of ingredients well.
· Let batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place
· Add the vegetables and mix in evenly.
· Deep fry in oil that is heated to 375°.
· Drain pakoda on paper towels and serve immediately.
· Serve vegetable pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup

CHOCOLATE FONDUE
CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Cooking Time : 5 mins. 30 secs.Serves 6.
Ingredients
100 grams plain or milk chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons cocoa (approx.)
200 grams beaten cream
4 to 5 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons brandy (optional)
fresh fruit, marshmallows, cake pieces for dipping
Method
Put the butter in a glass bowl and add the flour. microwave on MEDIUM for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring twice in-between after every 30 seconds.
Add the milk, chocolate pieces, cocoa, cream, sugar and 1 cup of water
Microwave on medium for about 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture becomes thick, stirring in-between after every 30 seconds.
Put the mixture in a heatproof dish.
Stir in the vanilla essence and brandy.Serve by dipping fruit, marshmallow or cake pieces in the hot mixture.
